The Patented Technology of MoldExterm, Which Kills Mold Fast and Without Drywall Tear Out is Now Available at Stern Mold for NJ and NYC Homes and Businesses
Date:8/7/2014

Secaucus, New Jersey (PRWEB) August 07, 2014

Stern Environmental Group LLC announces its new service program to kill mold through its new division called Stern Mold. Exclusively using the patented MoldExterm process, Stern Mold will service both residential and commercial properties in New Jersey, New York, New York City, and Connecticut areas.

MoldExterm uses a bio remedial process to kill mold and to prevent it from reoccurring. Developed by Dr. Leonard Pinchuk, a medical materials inventor, the MoldExterm systems uses a special polymer compound that is patented, to treat surfaces as part of a two-step process. This special polymer, applied after surface treatment by an EPA approved antimicrobial spray, stabilizes the unique nanoparticles that kill mold. Once the polymer has dried, it may be painted over, but does not lose its effectiveness in preventing future mold outbreaks.

The special MoldExterm polymer contains ionic crosslinkers which rise to the polymer surface when exposed to high humidity conditions, or a prime mold breeding environment. The silver nanoparticles in the polymer are then activated by the humidity levels to release the embedded mold killing materials. These special materials rapidly kill mold and keep it from reoccurring.

Different than traditional mold remediation service, treatment using MoldExterm is typically 50 percent less costly, does not
