The Noerr Programs Partners with Employee Based Systems to Improve their HRMS System and Bring Santa Cheer
Date:10/31/2013

Arvada, CO (PRWEB) October 31, 2013

The Noerr Programs works year round to exhibit the heart of Santa and EBS is pleased to share in their vision.

While more Santa cheer is always welcomed, solving the challenges that come about from managing the amount of employees needed to get the job done is not always as cheerful. The Noerr Programs looked to Employee Based Systems for help. What they received was a partnership.

The Noerr Programs mission is to deliver remarkable and memorable experiences, one of which is the Caring Santa program. Starting just three years ago, the Caring Santa program brings Santa to those with special needs who need a reduced sensory experience where the environment is less overwhelming. During private mall hours, lights are dimmed, music is turned down, and there are no long lines. What's left is a stress free, calming, and warm, photo experience. The program has been so successful that it has expanded to 100 malls.

Managing the employees needed for such a growing program is a challenge. This is where Employee Based Programs (EBS) and their PaySuite HRMS solution has proved to be so valuable. Linda Simons is the HR Manager for Noerr. She is responsible for the more than 3,000 employees each season (4,000 employees each year) that Noerr employs. Linda comments, "PaySuite and EBS take a lot of the work off of our site managers so they can focus on the customer and the experience." Linda is happy to let her employees take control over some of their data, “The way in which employees interact with Noerr using EBS Paysuite and the self service functionality, has increased overall accuracy because the right information is now complete and entered correctly into PaySuite. In addition, with PaySuite, employees can now receive their pay data online via the service center.”

By implementing the PaySuite solution, The Noerr Programs has been able to move from a burdensome paper environment to a fully wed-based HRMS system thereby improving overall employee management practices while also reducing costs. Philip Byrne, Co-CEO and CFO is pleased with the results. “The iRecruit function allows employees to fill out (their own) paperwork putting the accountability into the hands of the employees to make sure the information is accurate and complete. This generates cost savings…the EBS solution will pay for itself just from the savings of shipping costs alone." Philip continues, "We trusted EBS had a great product and they have proved it to be true....PaySuite has been critical to the success of our business!"

In addition to providing a solution that fits, the EBS support team also gets high marks, "Our interaction with the support team is one of the main reasons we do business with EBS", says Linda Simon.

The partnership between The Noerr Programs and EBS has given Noerr the ability to focus on growing their business and spreading even more Santa cheer.
