The Noerr Programs mission is to deliver remarkable and memorable experiences, one of which is the Caring Santa program. Starting just three years ago, the Caring Santa program brings Santa to those with special needs who need a reduced sensory experience where the environment is less overwhelming. During private mall hours, lights are dimmed, music is turned down, and there are no long lines. What's left is a stress free, calming, and warm, photo experience. The program has been so successful that it has expanded to 100 malls.
