The Neutraceutical Company, LLC Grows Wellness Enhancement Business with Acquisition of North Dakota Based Trimlife.com

FORT LEE, N.J., Jan. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- The assets of Trimlife (www.trimlife.com), a nutritional supplement company founded in 1999, have been acquired by The Neutraceutical Company, LLC of Fort Lee, NJ, commonly known as 'TNC.' (www.tncllc.com). Trimlife offered the successful weight-loss product Lipitone (www.lipitone.com) and other supplements.

TNC plans to grow the Lipitone franchise as well as introduce additional wellness products and services on an aggressive timetable, with a concentration on quality and safety. "Successful products such as Lipitone achieved their market position by being free of dangerous chemicals and unpleasant side effects," remarked Jerry Stone, Managing Member of TNC. "Our expansion will focus on healthy, organic, natural aids to common issues affecting many of us. Our mandate is to encourage 'healthy living' through products and information that promote wholesome lifestyles."

One new extension to the product line is Lipitone Advanced, which marks a step forward for the well-known Lipitone franchise. The new Advanced formulation still contains the clinically tested fat-blocking and carb-blocking herbal ingredients that reduce calories and cholesterol, but now a mild metabolism boost has been added to increase energy levels. As a result, the customer has help in fighting off those food cravings throughout the day.
