In his new role, Mr. Crisafulli will support the continued growth of NeoStrata's existing brands, both domestically and in more than 70 countries around the world.

Mr. Crisafulli joins The NeoStrata Company, Inc. with many years of senior management experience in the pharmaceutical and personal care industries. Most recently, he had been consulting for Johnson & Johnson. Previously, he spent fourteen years in ever increasing operation positions at Revlon rising to be their Vice President of International Operations. His prior experience also includes sixteen years with Ciba-Geigy, including time as their Vice President of Manufacturing. Mr. Crisafulli brings a strong track record of manufacturing and operational excellence which should truly help facilitate NeoStrata's domestic and international growth.
Mr. Crisafulli holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Seton Hall University.
