The National Christian Foundation Offers to Match Gifts to Haiti
Date:2/1/2010

ATLANTA, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Givers can double their gifts when they contribute to the Haiti Renewal Fund at The National Christian Foundation (NCF) at www.nationalchristian.com/haitirenewal. Thanks to a generous matching gift, all donations to the NCF Haiti Renewal Fund will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $2 million and will go to provide long-term support for rebuilding and renewing the country. For more information and to donate now, go to (www.nationalchristian.com/haitirenewal).

NCF President David Wills says, "We are deeply saddened by the situation in Haiti and so grateful to be able to offer this incredible opportunity to help givers double their impact. Soon the work there will move from a relief effort to one of bringing renewal. Matching gifts are one vital way that we have provided a powerful response in times of great disaster such as the Tsunami in 2004 and Hurricane Katrina in 2005. This is one of the unique benefits of giving through NCF."

A donation to the NCF Haiti Renewal Fund can also be included as an '09 tax deduction if made by check or credit card by February 28, 2010. To date, NCF has granted out over $3 million to help Haiti.
