The Muscular Development Store Comments on How Optimum Nutrition’s Protein Supplements Fit Into Your Workout
Date:2/4/2013

Setauket, NY (PRWEB) February 04, 2013

On February 4, 2013, the Muscular Development Store comments on a Daily Star article regarding how protein supplements, from Optimum Nutrition for example, fit into your workout.

According to the Daily Star article, “Unless you're getting enough protein in your diet, it's impossible for you to grow and maintain well defined muscles.” The article states that protein is a main factor when it comes to repairing the damaged muscle tissue sustained during workouts.

The article mentions that one misconception that goes along with protein supplements is that protein supplements cause you to gain fat. However, this is untrue and it is the intake of calories that causes weight gain. According to the article, “By consuming the easy mix shakes and snack bars, you can get all the protein you need without the hassle and cost of having to cook a steak twice a day.”

The article informs that taking your protein supplement within 15-20 minutes prior to your workout will help you recover, and promote muscle growth the most efficient way. “By getting into a regular routine of incorporating protein supplements around your workouts, you can finally get the results you're after,” states the article.

Brian Turner, representative of the Muscular Development Store, knows how beneficial protein supplements from Optimum Nutrition can be to your workout. “Supplementing with a protein shake promotes muscle growth and rebuilding, giving you the best recovery for your muscles after a workout,” says Turner. “Products from Optimum Nutrition give you lean, low calorie protein to help you build lean muscle.”

A good fitness
