The Kramer Group Completes Strategic Name Change to Kramer Healthcare Technologies

New name more clearly defines the company’s technology focus for healthcare providers

Orlando, FL (PRWEB) April 28, 2010 -- The Kramer Group (TKG), a leading provider of quality assurance (QA) registration solutions, will officially be known as Kramer Healthcare Technologies. The name change was announced today at the opening of the company’s third annual User’s Forum. The User's Forum is being held at the Double Tree Resort Orlando-International Drive.

The industry leader in QA since 1995, Kramer Healthcare Technology was the first in the category to introduce customized Web-based Registration Quality Improvement (RQi) solutions and continues in its leadership role with the introduction of its RQi Enterprise solution in addition to a number of other QA modules in its product suite. Kramer Healthcare Technologies distinguishes itself in the market as being SAS 70 compliant.

“We have made significant resource investments in time, people and technology in recent years as evidenced by the number of prestigious healthcare organizations that are deploying our RQi solutions,” said Chuck Kramer, President and CEO. “We feel the new name truly conveys who we are and what we provide.”

With Kramer Healthcare Technologies firmly established in the QA space, the new company name allows the development of additional QA technology to other provider settings including physician practice management, home health, hospice, rehabilitation, ambulatory surgery centers and a variety of other outpatient facilities that are dependent on QA registration solutions and services.

“The change to Kramer Healthcare Technologies came through an exhaustive marketing analysis of the ever-changing healthcare environment, competitive offerings and our own vision of the future for the company,” said Kramer. “Our analysis included interviews with members of our sales and management team, along with in-depth interviews with key clients.”
