The Hub, LLC Announces Strategic Acquisition of EIM Corporation

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Hub, LLC, owner of the Philadelphia-based The Hub Meeting and Event Centers, has merged with Eclipse Incentive Marketing Corporation (EIM), a 16 year-old strategic meeting services and marketing solutions company that provides global meeting logistics and incentive travel initiatives to major national and international pharmaceutical and related healthcare companies, with core strengths in advisory boards, speaker training meetings and scientific conferences.  The details of the transaction are being kept private.
