The First SamarionSolution Installed in Lake Charles Alzheimer's Facility

JACKSON, Miss., July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Samarion Chief Executive officer Mark Rodgers today announced that The Guardian House Alzheimer Care Facility has adopted the SamarionSolution.

The first commercial location to install the SamarionSolution, The Guardian House is a unique 60-bed nursing facility located in Lake Charles, La., that specializes in caring for residents diagnosed with Alzheimer's or dementia. The Guardian House is the only facility of its kind in Louisiana and in five surrounding states.

"The SamarionSolution enables our staff members to provide a higher level of care to Alzheimer's and dementia patients," said Neal Rider, Executive Director of The Guardian House. "The added security keeps our residents safer from falls and gives their families greater peace of mind. I have personally seen this innovative solution work and it will help save the lives of those in our home and others throughout the country."

We are already taking steps to install the system in two additional facilities."
