(Nasdaq: ENSG), the parent company of the Ensign(TM) group of skilled nursing, rehabilitative care services, assisted living and hospice care companies, announced today that it expects to issue its third quarter 2009 financial results following the market close on Monday, November 2, 2009.

Ensign invites current and prospective investors to tune in to a live webcast to be held the following day, Tuesday, November 3, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (1:00 p.m. Eastern Time), during which Ensign's management will discuss third quarter 2009 performance.
