Mr. Johnson also served as a member of the board of directors of VISICU, Inc., a publicly-traded healthcare information technology company, from August 2007 until February 2008 when VISICU was acquired by Philips Holding USA Inc., a subsidiary of Koninklijke Philips Electronics. Mr. Johnson's term runs until the company's annual stockholder meeting in 2012.

Conference Call

A live webcast will be held on Friday, August 7, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (1:00 p.m. Eastern Time) to discuss Ensign's second quarter financial results.
