The Chartis Group Elects New Partners: Four Healthcare Industry Experts Promoted to Principal

Maddrey has led numerous strategic and operational consulting engagements for some of the nation's preeminent hospitals, academic medical centers, and integrated delivery systems. He has managed engagements in the areas of corporate strategy, service line development, system integration and patient care process redesign. Mr. Maddrey joined the firm in 2007 as a Senior Engagement Manager. Prior to joining the Chartis Group, he held consulting positions as a senior engagement manager at APM/CSC Healthcare and a Director at The Advisory Board Company's H*Works division. He also has extensive payer experience, having managed several health plans. His experience includes acting as President and General Manager of Aveta Health Illinois/North American Medical Management, a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan, serving seniors with chronic conditions. He also served as Vice President at both UnitedHealth Group and Anthem/Wellpoint. Mr. Maddrey received his Master of Public Health degree from Columbia University, his Master of Business Administration degree with honors from Georgetown University and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy from Tulane University.
