The Caryl Ehrlich Program Discusses Food Addiction on HealthyPlace.com
Date:8/3/2009

NEW YORK , Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Caryl Ehrlich, founder of The Caryl Ehrlich Program and author of Conquer Your Food Addiction (Free Press) will appear on Healthy Place TV (http://www.healthyplace.com/mental-health-tv-show/ ), an online video segment series, on Tuesday, August 4th at 8:30p.m. (EDT) addressing her specialty food addiction as well as sharing her own battle with food addiction and weight loss.

Caryl Ehrlich, a former overeater, developed The Program after her struggle with unwanted weight and finding the solution to her problem. The overwhelming success of her personal quest has prompted Caryl to teach The Program and to share her creative concepts with anyone who continues to fight their weight loss problems.

"Over the years, I've helped thousands of people conquer their food addiction," said Caryl Ehrlich, founder of The Caryl Ehrlich Program.

The Program is not diet. It is a behavioral approach to weight loss. You don't change the foods you eat. You change your habits instead. There is no need to count calories, fat grams or carbohydrates consumed. This comprehensive creative approach teaches overeaters to think as well as act differently around food in order to change eating habits and to overcome food addiction.

For more information on The Program, please visit the website at www.conquerfood.com.
