The Cardiovascular Multimedia Network (CVMD) and the International Society of Endovascular Specialists (ISES) Join Forces to Educate Practitioners Worldwide Through Electronic Media

PHOENIX, Oct. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The International Society of Endovascular Specialists (ISES), and the internet-based podcast and web site, Cardiovascular Multimedia Information Network (CVMD.org) have announced a partnership which will allow both sites to provide cutting-edge, relevant educational and clinical content to practitioners worldwide through electronic media.

CVMD.org, launched back in October 2005, in conjunction with the world-renowned Arizona Heart Institute offers over 35 years of experience in the cardiovascular field. The technology-vehicle provided by CVMD.org is beneficial because it delivers audio and video podcasting and webcasting programs. These programs can be viewed at a time and place that is convenient to the professional.

ISES began in 1992 with a mission to enhance physician, industry and community education in peripheral vascular and endovascular interventions through global outreach. Using innovative technologies and interventional techniques, ISES strives to expand knowledge and improve patient care throughout the world. ISES also publishes the Journal of Endovascular Therapy, one of the world's leading peripheral vascular disease journals.
