HOUSTON, June 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The Breast Center at Houston Northwest Medical Center is one of only two breast centers in the United States -- and one in Texas -- to be recognized as a Certified Quality Breast Center of Excellence by the National Quality Measures for Breast Centers (NQMBC) Program(TM).
