Finally, Dr. Scott attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His specialties are in Otolaryngology, ear, nose, throat, allergy, and immunology. He was board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
