Kirby Scott, an Otolaryngologist at The Audiology Center of Hagerstown, received his BS in Chemistry at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. Dr. Scott then received his Masters of Public Administration at Troy University, and then earned his Master of Arts at the United States Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island.
