National Patient Safety Goals
Provision of Care, Treatment and Services
Improving Organization Performance
Ethics, Rights and Responsibilities
If a facility is able to meet the goals of the commission in these nine areas, it not only does it show that they are performing at very high standards when it comes to patient safety and program quality, but also that they are committed to an atmosphere of constant improvement for the future.
The Ambrosia Treatment Centers are very proud of the fact that they have earned the Joint Commissions gold seal of approval in their first attempt at accreditation. "The staff at Ambrosia is second to none" says Jerry Haffey, CEO of The Ambrosia Treatment Centers "they are responsible for making our facility a success and enabling us to pass our accreditation survey, which proves that we are excelling in the field and will continue to do so far into the future".
As a leader in substance abuse treatment, The Ambrosia Treatment Centers are able to treat adult addicts and alcoholics, including those that are suffering from co-occurring mental health disorders also known as dual diagnosis. In addition to the individualized treatment planning received by every patient, those with special needs are able to receive complementary treatments, such as EMDR therapy, hypnotherapy, and nutritional consultation. It is because the Ambrosia Treatment Centers offer such a holistic, patient centered approach, and because they offer it with great care and skill, that they were accredited with The Gold Seal by the Joint Commission.
