The Advisory Board Company Schedules Fourth Quarter Investor Conference Call for May 8, 2008

WASHINGTON, April 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Advisory Board Company (Nasdaq: ABCO) announced today that it will hold an investor conference call hosted by Frank J. Williams, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Michael T. Kirshbaum, Chief Financial Officer, to discuss the Company's financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. The call will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The Company plans to release its fourth quarter financial results after the market closes on Thursday, May 8, 2008.

The ABCO investor conference call will be available via live web cast on the Company's web site at http://www.advisoryboardcompany.com in the section entitled "The Firm," found under the tab "Investor Relations." To participate by telephone, the dial-in number is 800.561.2693 and the access code is 90660131. Call participants are advised to dial in at least five minutes prior to the call to register. The web cast will be archived for seven days: from 8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 8, 2008, until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 15, 2008.
