Other income, net also includes foreign currency loss of $20,000 and foreign currency gain of $0.4 million for the three and six months ending September 30, 2009, respectively. (2) During the three months ended September 30, 2009, the Company completed a voluntary stock option cancellation program. During the three months ended September 30, 2009, the Company recognized approximately $0.7 million in cost of services, approximately $0.1 million in member relations and marketing, and approximately $1.1 million in general and administrative expense relating to this stock option cancellation. Not including this one-time non-cash charge, cost of services, member relations and marketing, and general and administrative expense as a percentage of revenue for the three months ending September 30, 2009 were 52.0%, 22.3%, and 13.2%, respectively.
