During the three and six months ended September 30, 2009, the Company recognized approximately $1.6 million and $2.6 million in cost of services, approximately $0.6 million and $1.2 million in member relations and marketing, and approximately $2.6 million and $4.1 million in general and administrative expense for share-based compensation related to the adoption of SFAS No. 123R. During the three and six months ended September 30, 2008, the Company recognized approximately $1.2 million and $2.2 million in cost of services, approximately $0.6 million and $1.2 million in member relations and marketing, and approximately $1.7 million and $3.0 million in general and administrative expense for share-based compensation related to the adoption of SFAS No. 123R. Included in the share-based compensation amounts for the three and six months ended September 30, 2009 are approximately $0.7 million, $0.1 million, and $1.1 million recorded in Cost of Services, member relations and marketing, and general and administrative expense, respectively, relating to the one-time charge for the cancellation of certain stock options. The Company has recorded all these expenses in the same line items as other compensation paid to the relevant categories of employees.
