Texas Super Dentist Awards Announced--Dr. Michael McCarty From Austin Smiles Is Awarded For The Third Year In A Row

Texas Monthly Magazine announced its nominations for the prestigious "Super Dentist" award given to elite dentists in Texas. Dr. Michael McCarty from AustinSmiles.com is once again nominated a top practitioner in the area of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Austin, TX (PRWEB) November 21, 2008-- Dr. Michael McCarty of Austin Smiles was recently nominated as a "Texas Monthly Super Dentist" for the third year in a row among thousands in Texas and being one of a few Austin dentists to receive this prestigious award. The 2008 nomination appeared in the November edition of Texas Monthly in a special section.

"It is a great honor to again receive such a vote of confidence from my peers," says Dr. McCarty, a specialist in cosmetic dentistry as well as a general practitioner in Austin, Texas.

Super Dentists are selected in conjunction with Key Professional Media. It thoroughly researches thousands of dentists, identifying and selecting outstanding dental professionals through a stringent selection process.

The rigorous qualification process includes a survey of thousands of dentists with the question, "If you needed dental care, which dentist would you choose?" The nominees are then grouped into eight different specialties.

The nominees are then peer-reviewed by a Blue-Ribbon panel, comprised of the nominees who scored the highest in each cate
