Texas Health Resources and Medfinders, Inc. Form Joint Venture to Recruit and Manage Contract Medical Professionals

Texas Health contributes to the joint venture its extensive clinical and patient care experience, while Medfinders, Inc. contributes its proprietary SingleSource(R) methodologies, technology, and expertise in workforce management. THSSS has also signed an exclusive agreement with Medfinders for its SingleSource Division to manage all of the clinical staffing needs of Texas Health Resources that are not otherwise filled by THSSS.
