Texas Care Improvement Plus Members Overwhelmingly Pleased with Special Needs Plan

-- Members cite health status improvements: 91 percent of Texas members felt that their health had "stayed the same" or "gotten better" since joining the plan. 30 percent of members felt their health had "gotten better" since joining Care Improvement Plus, 97 percent of whom felt Care Improvement Plus contributed to their health improvements.
