Date:12/19/2012

Franklin, TN (PRWEB) December 19, 2012

The Tennessee Dental Association has announced the endorsement of Dental Solutions Rx™ as the exclusive provider of an integrated software suite to manage the human resource administration, employee training, and safety compliance needs of its members. Dental Solutions Rx is created and managed by Succeed Management Solutions, LLC, the recognized leader of web-based Enterprise Risk Management software and service solutions.

Mr. David Horvat, Executive Director of the Tennessee Dental Association (TDA), said “We are pleased to be able to bring this unique automated platform to our membership to help them more easily and efficiently manage their HR requirements and effectively implement workplace safety and compliance practices. We are always looking for ways to help our dentist members save time and money while improving their safety and risk management processes.”

The Dental Solutions Rx platform is an integrated HR and Safety software suite. It includes applications for Employee Management, Employee Training, Safety Data Sheet Management, Incident Recording, and OSHA Reporting. The applications have been tailored to the needs of dentists and oral healthcare professionals, including providing content on relevant issues such as Bloodborne Pathogen safety practices, employee Right-to-Know regulations, and the OSHA 300 and Sharps logs.

Dr. Morris Robbins Jr., DDS, Professor Emeritus at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center’s College of Dentistry, and a recognized leader in the field of dental practice safety management, is an enthusiastic supporter of this TDA initiative. “It is critical that dentists are made aware of solutions that make it easy for them to implement best practices that promote a safe workplace for both employees and patients” said Dr. Robbins. “Ensuring your practice has an easy to manage and robust safety program that includes OSHA compliance and employee safety training is not only smart business, it’s the right thing to do.”

Mr. Curt Shaw of Succeed Management Solutions said “We are proud to be working with the Tennessee Dental Association, and in conjunction with Dr. Robbins’ admirable work in dental practice safety and compliance, to deliver Dental Solutions Rx to the TDA membership. This is the first of many state and national healthcare programs to be launched intended to deliver easy, accessible, and practical web-based HR, employee safety training and management, and compliance tracking and reporting solutions to dental and oral healthcare professionals.”
