Tender Corp., a leading manufacturer of over-the-counter topical cream and first aid products designed for active lifestyles, today announced its participation at the Silicon Valley Moms Group’s Holiday Coupon Guide & Party Event 2009 in Palo Alto, California

Littleton, N.H. (PRWEB) November 13, 2009 -- Tender Corp., a leading manufacturer of over-the-counter topical cream and first aid products designed for active lifestyles, today announced its participation at the Silicon Valley Moms Group’s Holiday Coupon Guide & Party Event 2009.

The inaugural event will allow companies the opportunity to network with 50 influential bloggers from across the U.S. and Canada who belong to the Silicon Valley Moms Group, a Power Mom blogging network which was recently highlighted in Nielsen Online’s Power Mom 50 report.

According to Nielsen, Power Moms – women between the ages of 25 and 54 with at least one child who participate regularly in online activities – account for 20% of the active Internet population in the US. As such, Power Moms – many of whom regularly visit blogging portals and communities like SVMG -- hold a great deal of online influence, which is continuing to grow.

“Even before the Internet, at Tender Corp. we’ve long recognized the importance of Moms as a resource in providing invaluable insights that inform all of our key product development and marketing decisions,” says Tender brand manager Dave Anderson.

Indeed, back in the mid 70’s, the inspiration for Tender’s first product, AfterBite® – The Itch Eraser™ – was to provide a convenient solution for Moms to help treat their children whenever they suffered a painful insect bite or sting.
