Ten Years Later: O.I.S. Media Leads Physician Job Board Industry with Innovative Technology
Date:8/5/2009

Destin-based company recognized by Newsweek, PC Magazine and others

Destin, FL (PRWEB) August 4, 2009 -- In 1999 Christina Timmons parlayed a background in health care marketing and public relations into a new online industry. That's when her company, O.I.S. Media, launched MDJobSite.com, http://www.mdjobsite.com, a physician job search website that will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2009. After its first year in business the company was featured in Newsweek magazine; the following year, in PC World. Other publicity and awards followed suit, and MDJobSite.com is now considered by many to be one of the top physician job boards in the country.

National articles about its technology notwithstanding, Timmons credits the success of her business to the company's strong emphasis on customer service, noting that the staff constantly seek feedback from clients to help them enhance the site's effectiveness. The formula seems to work well: one Wisconsin client recently wrote that "in today's business climate where technical support can be non-existent, and the staff rude and ineffectual, the staff of MDJobSite.com are timely, knowledgeable and professional. They are genuine in their efforts to provide service and a recruiting tool that is second to none in the industry."

MDJobSite.com helps organizations locate and hire physicians, giving physician recruiters the ability
to post up to 500 positions at once, search, view and print physician information, set up email alerts, view real-time activity statistics and utilize featured listings for higher visibility.
