Telesoft the Subject of a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats Report
Date:6/25/2013

Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) June 25, 2013

Telesoft, trusted experts in fixed and mobile Telecom Expense Management (TEM) software and services, has been selected for review and analysis by Gartner, an industry leading information technology research and advisory company. The June 13, 2013 research report titled “SWOT: Telesoft, Telecom Expense Management, Worldwide,” was written by analysts Tom Eagle and Eric Goodness.

“We’re excited to see the SWOT report published as we believe it provides greater insight into the kind of company Telesoft is and the capabilities we provide for fixed and mobile TEM services and we’re happy with the results.” says Thierry Zerbib, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Telesoft.

In addition to the SWOT analysis, Telesoft was positioned by Gartner in the Challengers Quadrant of the March 2012 Magic Quadrant for Telecom Expense Management and boasts a client list of more than 200 enterprise and government entities with the largest, most complex global telecom needs. Holding a customer retention rate of more than 95%, Telesoft has more than $2 billion in annual telecom spend under management.

“We believe this SWOT analysis has helped confirm that our focus areas for product development are in line with where the market is trending, specifically toward the management of enterprise mobile programs,” added Zerbib. “Telesoft is continuing to invest in our solutions and services to not only solidify our strengths, but takes note of the weaknesses, opportunities, and threats mentioned in the report – most of which are already being addressed through our technology roadmap and corporate strategy.
