Telesoft Publishes New Whitepaper – Fixed Services: The Forgotten Expense
Date:5/15/2013

(PRWEB) May 15, 2013

Telesoft, trusted experts in fixed and mobile Telecom Expense Management (TEM) software and services, has published a new whitepaper titled “Fixed Services: The Forgotten Expense.” The whitepaper addresses topics including why centralization is important in managing telecom services, the value of cost allocation and chargeback to business units, and how automation of the invoice lifecycle reduces telecom costs.

“Over the past five years, the interest in mobility programs within the enterprise has taken a priority from a management standpoint,” says Thierry Zerbib, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Telesoft. “While it’s important to enable the workforce with the latest mobile technology and manage those costs, the fact remains that the largest telecom expense for the organization still falls within fixed services.”

While fixed voice services are not a priority for most organizations, new infrastructure for fixed services are necessary to meet increased demand for broadband data consumption. Ironically, burgeoning growth in wireless services means there is a greater opportunity for optimization and cost savings from fixed TEM programs. As more and more employees shift from desk to field jobs, the opportunity to optimize the usage of fixed services is at a premium.

You can download the whitepaper, “Fixed Services: The Forgotten Expense”, HERE.

In addition, Telesoft will hold a follow up webinar to further discuss the topic, as well as how to use savings from fixed services to fuel the growth of mobile programs.
