TeleHealth Names Matthew K. Barker to New Director of Marketing Position

RALEIGH, N.C., Oct. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- TeleHealth Services, Inc., a leading provider of integrated communication solutions for the healthcare market, has named Matthew K. Barker to the new position of Director of Marketing. Mr. Barker's duties will include strategic market planning, market research and analysis.

After a comprehensive search, TeleHealth Services selected Mr. Barker to direct its marketing efforts for its comprehensive line of integrated hospital television and entertainment solutions, patient and staff education solutions, and patient interactive television solutions. Mr. Barker brings more than 10 years of experience in marketing management to TeleHealth. He has served in various marketing leadership roles at North Carolina companies, including most recently the Director of Marketing at Hosted Solutions Inc. In that role, he increased revenue by 112 percent in a single year, as well as achieved a 727 percent return on total marketing expenditures. Prior to that, Mr. Barker was Manager of Sales and Operations at Suddenlink Communications and Product Manager of Broadband Products at Cox Communications.
