SEATTLE, Nov. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Adaptis, a business integration provider focused exclusively on health payers, announced its majority-owned company, Tela Sourcing, Inc., has purchased HealthASPex (HAX) through an asset sale. HAX provides onshore mailroom, scanning, EDI and PPO routing services to Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs).

Sharma points out that the acquisition will enhance current Tela
functions and adds some key strategic benefits. The company continues local
