TeamStaff Renames Subsidiary to Reflect Expanding Government Services

SOMERSET, N.J., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TeamStaff, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSTF) a national provider of healthcare and administrative staffing services, announced today that it is changing the name of its government staffing division, RS Staffing Services, Inc., to TeamStaff Government Solutions (dba TeamStaff GS).

The Monroe, Georgia based subsidiary currently provides medical, office administration and logistics professionals through its Federal Supply Schedule contracts with both the United States General Services Administration and the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. The name change reflects the subsidiary's expanding service offerings in providing staffing for government logistical support positions through its LogWorld GSA Schedule.

President and CEO, Rick J. Filippelli stated, "The new name provides a clear and unified position for the company to market its comprehensive staffing services. TeamStaff GS reflects the expanded scope of government staffing services and its affiliation with the TeamStaff brand. Kevin Wilson, Director of TeamStaff GS, will continue to lead our sales and operational efforts and strive to maintain the decade long tradition of delivering the highest quality of service to our clients."
