Lutz, FL (PRWEB) January 06, 2013

Women in Tampa, and the surrounding areas, have yet another reason to lose weight. Lifestyle’s Family Fitness once #1 trainer Samantha Taylor is launching a Body Transformation Challenge on January 7th. The top three participants will win cash and prizes along with having a leaner, healthier body!

Pure Health & Fitness Studios is a women only workout and training facility dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental environment for its clientele. “It is 2013 and the New Year resolutions are on. This also means there is a 92% chance that women who are committed to losing weight now will give up by mid-February. I don’t want this to happen so I’m putting up cash and prizes as part of my company’s 6 Week Body Transformation Challenge,” said Samantha Taylor, Owner. “Women who participate will get a detailed eating plan, three workouts a week with a personal trainer, a group cooking demonstration, and more!”

The contest officially starts on January 7th of 2013. There are a variety of times and dates available to participate, making losing weight even easier. Prizes include an iPad Mini and a $300 Makeover. In addition, $800 in personal training is up for grabs. Pure Health & Fitness Studios is located at 24140 SR 54 Suite 103 Lutz, FL 33559 – 2.2 miles West of I-75 and 1.2 miles East of Collier. The entry fee is $299 dollars and payment arrangements are available.
