Tampa Personal Injury Lawyer Timothy Anderson, Jr. Joins Father's Law Firm, Takes Five Cases To Jury Trial In First Eighteen Months

Timothy Anderson Jr., Florida attorney, is now working for his father's personal injury law practice. In his first 18 months with the firm, he and Timothy Anderson Sr. have tried five cases together.

Tampa, Florida (Lexis Nexis) September 11, 2009 -- Timothy Anderson, Jr., Tampa attorney, has joined his father's law practice. In his first 18 months with the firm, Tim has worked with his father to bring five plaintiff personal injury claims to trial. The cases were in Tampa, St. Petersburg, and even as far as Bradford County.

On the eve of trial, in their most successful result this year, the Anderson father and son legal team achieved a seven-figure settlement for a pedestrian who was struck by a car. "We show the jury a complete story of how our client was injured," Tim explained. "We call expert witnesses who can testify to all aspects of the accident and the plaintiff's injuries."

Timothy Anderson, Jr. is pleased to be representing personal injury plaintiffs as well as criminal defendants. "They are the underdogs," Tim says. "I feel that I'm fighting the good fight." Tim is a member of the Florida Justice Association, dedicated to "protecting the rights of Florida's citizens & consumers."

Tim believes that his prior experience as an assistant state attorney has given him an advantage in his work at Timothy G .Anderson, P.A.
