Tampa Civil Attorney Gene Odom Announces Fertility Charity Partnership with Board Certified Male and Female Fertility Specialists

Mr. Odom's primary goal for his charity is to provide financial support to families who have been denied insurance coverage for fertility procedures. "Medical insurance claims for fertility treatments are routinely denied due the wording of the policies," Odom explained. "Even middle income couples can go broke paying for fertility attempts. It is a very expensive process." The foundation's second charter is to enact legislation requiring Florida health insurance companies to provide coverage for all fertility treatment. "Infertility is a legitimate concern that interferes with the God-given right to have a child. It is a medical condition for which traditional treatments are available."

Attorney Gene Odom noted, "As a plaintiff's courtroom lawyer with the Martinez-Odom Law Group, my job is to make a person whole after a catastrophic loss. My entire life, and now my career, has been a battle against the odds." Odom concluded, "After a long day in battle with insurance lawyers, I look at my children and it energizes me beyond explanation. I want to give that to other deserving couples."
