TSI Healthcare Recognized by Inc. Magazine
Date:9/9/2009

CHAPEL HILL, N.C., Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- TSI Healthcare, a national leader in the sales and support of customized healthcare information technology, was recently recognized in Inc. Magazine's "Annual Report of the 500|5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies" in the nation. Some of the most successful and innovative businesses in America have been recognized on this list including companies such as Microsoft, SAS, Intuit, and Nike.

Inc. began publishing this exclusive list of the nation's top 500 companies in 1991. Since that time the list has expanded to include additional honorees in more categories. The report is published annually and ranks corporate growth in terms of revenue and number of employees. The magazine also shares success stories from some of these top ranked companies and their CEOs.

Despite averaging 35% growth each year for the past 7 consecutive years , the 2009 edition marks the first year that TSI Healthcare has been included on the list. Even as a privately held company, TSI has found it to be increasingly difficult to remain "below the radar." The Company currently has four office locations serving 13 states and almost 90 employees. As one of NextGen(TM) Healthcare's largest Value Added Support Organizations, the company is on target to close this fiscal year in excess of $15 million in revenue.

TSI Healthcare founder, president and CEO David Dickson, Jr. says, "Prior to this year, we were somewhat reticent about 'advertising' our success and good fortune during these tough times. However, we made a conscious decision to share some of our privately held financial information in the hopes that it may inspire others to realize that with good people and good products a company can thrive and grow-- even during a recession. With this in mind, we were delighted to find out that we would be included in the 2009 Inc. 500|5000 list."

Chief Operating Officer Al Von Pingel adds, "We believe that one of the keys to our consistent growth has been the steadfast dedication of our support and service teams to our Clients. This level of commitment is unrivaled in our industry and continues to generate the highest levels of client loyalty among our physician groups around the country. Furthermore, we believe TSI will continue to have a direct, positive influence on redefining Healthcare. By combining the best solutions available in the market for Electronic Health Records and Practice Management systems with our unparalleled levels of service, we expect growth to be even more dynamic in the foreseeable future."
