TSI Healthcare Announces Relocation of Corporate Headquarters to Chapel Hill, NC

CHAPEL HILL, N.C., April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- TSI Healthcare, a national leader in the successful implementation of physician Practice Management and Electronic Health Records (EHR) Systems, announces the relocation of their Corporate Headquarters to 101 Europa Drive in Chapel Hill, NC. TSI's new space includes 21,000 square feet of The Europa Center, which is located directly behind the Sheraton Chapel Hill Hotel in the heart of the Research Triangle.

TSI Healthcare was founded in 1997. Since inception, the company has expanded to more than 75 fulltime employees with four office locations and business operations in more than twelve states. TSI serves approximately 1,000 physicians along the east coast and as far west as Colorado.

With the evolving success of the company, Founder and CEO David Dickson, Jr. along with the TSI management team, recognized the need to relocate the company to a facility capable of handling future growth centered on the continuing education of its employees and clients. "It is and has always been our mission to maintain an unparalleled level of personal support. As such, it was imperative for us to design a facility that provides our employees with superior resources so they can continue to deliver the quality products and services our clients have come to expect," says Dickson.

The new office includes state of the art classrooms for new and current clients, advanced SMART(TM) Board technologies and a sophisticated communications and security system deployed throughout the office. Thirteen oversized data screens are strategically mounted through the office to help employees closely monitor and address all client support issues, calls and implementations in progress. Dickson feels the new office allows TSI to better meet their goal of a two hour response time to clients.
