Toronto, Ontario (PRWEB) October 01, 2013

TELUS and Esprida Corporation, a leading provider of remote management solutions, announced today that they have formed an alliance to provide wireless Machine-to-Machine (M2M) solutions on the TELUS network, one of the world’s largest 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) networks, and the Esprida endpoint device management platform.

The new offering combines TELUS’ wireless products with Esprida’s M2M management platform to provide a robust and reliable integrated remote management solution for businesses. Business customers can now maximize their revenue and optimize operating costs by having the connectivity status, device operations and application status all in one location.

"M2M is an enabling technology that can be implemented across an almost limitless range of markets and we are privileged to be working with an industry leader like Esprida on this unique M2M endpoint management software platform,” said Rob Auld, director of sales, TELUS Business Solutions. “We look forward to supporting Esprida in their delivery of smart connected solutions for our business customers.”

TELUS and Esprida have capitalized on the rapidly growing M2M industry; according to the International Data Corporation (IDC)*, shipments of smart-connected devices – including PCs, tablets and smartphones – reached 916 million units and surpassed $489 billion in revenue in 2011.
