ions in the New York City area. ACUITY's automated assessment tools incorporating the CMAGs help us determine the best medical management intervention for each HIV-positive individual in a customized and efficient manner. The ACUITY System saves time and resources which in turn allows us to spend more time on the phone with each patient to help promote a higher level of adherence."

Pat Stricker, RN, M Ed, Vice President of Clinical Services, remarked that "ACUITY's integrated medical management software provides the CMAG assessments at no charge to clients, so they can quickly and easily incorporate them into their normal workflow for case managers, as well as all other users of the system such as disease management and prevention/wellness programs. Having them readily available provides better adherence for using the tools and improves productivity and efficiency by eliminating duplicate documentation into another application or the need to complete written forms."

The following six CMAG assessments are available in the ACUITY system:

-- Health Literacy (REALM-R)

-- Medication Knowledge Survey

-- Readiness Ruler

-- Duke - UNC Functional Social Support Questionnaire (FSSQ)

-- Adherence Intention Score (Automated Scoring Assessment)

-- Modified Morisky Scale (MMS)
