Date:10/25/2013

(PRWEB) October 25, 2013

TAG Education Collaborative (TAG-Ed), the charitable organization established by the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) dedicated to preparing the next-generation workforce, is excited to announce Nandan Sheth, President and Chief Operating Officer of Acculynk, Inc. as its newest member of the board of directors.

“We are delighted to add Nandan Sheth to our board of directors,” said Chris Reinking, founding partner of Jabian Consulting and TAG Education Collaborative Board Chair. “His professional background and leadership experience will dynamically assist in TAG-Ed’s achievement of its objective to positively impact STEM education in Georgia.”

Sheth is an active angel investor and seasoned payments executive with a track record of launching and building innovative VC backed financial technology companies. In 2008, Sheth co-founded Acculynk, of which he currently serves as president and COO. His responsibilities cover corporate development, business development, alliances, product strategy and operations.

Sheth has held senior positions at Goldman Sachs, Deloitte & Touche, AT&T, and IBM. Sheth holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors in Computing Business Systems from City University (London, UK) as well as an MBA from Cass Business School (London, UK).

“The addition of Nandan Sheth will broaden TAG-Ed’s reach in the technology community,” said Michael Robertson, executive director of TAG-Ed. “His expertise will provide additional support on how our organization engages the financial technology sector.”
