Swope Health Services is a Joint Commission accredited institution that provides primary healthcare, outreach and behavioral health services throughout the greater Kansas City area. The organization serves more than 55,000 patients annually across eight clinics and residential treatment locations. Swope Health Services, which recently achieved Stage 5 HIMSS Meaningful Use, offers dental, optometry, women’s health, behavioral health, pediatrics, pharmacy, physical medicine and laboratory services. Swope Health Services is committed to serving the medically underserved and providing care with ethnic and cultural sensitivities.

Swope Health Services is seeking an experienced senior healthcare executive to strategically lead medical operations for eight clinics and a mobile site consisting of more than 30 providers. The new CMO will partner with senior leaders across the organization to help design initiatives to drive efficiencies while working to integrate physical and behavioral health services. Additionally, the CMO will leverage leadership experience and business acumen to drive provider productivity and help develop the primary care medical home setting to effectively take the organizations to the next level.
