Philadelphia Business Journal's Women of Distinction are selected based their significant professional accomplishments and community involvement.

In 1999, Ms. Stein founded CXHC, a privately held healthcare communications company serving the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. This dynamic company is certified as a Women's Business Enterprise by the Women's Business Development Center of Philadelphia on behalf of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. From a modest single-room office in 1999, Ms. Stein shaped CONNEXION Healthcare into one of Philadelphia Business Journal's top 25 women-owned businesses (2005 and 2006) with nearly $15 million in revenue.
