TEMECULA, Calif., Dec. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SurgiCount Medical, Inc., a division of Patient Safety Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PSTX), today announced that it has joined The Leapfrog Group and has become one of its partners in helping to create a safer, higher quality health care system. SurgiCount will also be a sponsor at Leapfrog's next two meetings in December and February.
