Program locks in rates while increasing amount available to members by $500
over three years at no additional cost
DAYTON, Ohio, Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Imagine a dental plan that gives you additional maximum dollars when you renew your contract and doesn't raise your rates. Superior Dental Care Alliance, the leading provider of dental benefits in the Ohio area, today announced the launch of a Maximum Advantage feature that offers their Preferred Plan members just that. Through the Maximum Advantage Program, members increase the amount of maximum dollars available while benefiting from fixed rates at no additional costs.
Through the Maximum Advantage program, Preferred Plan clients choose from two starting contract maximums - either $750 or $1000 - per family member in any benefit category, and Superior Dental applies a 3-year rate guarantee. In addition, Superior Dental will increase the contract maximum for all group members by $250 at the second and third year renewal at no additional cost. That means that at the end of the first and second years of the contract, members will have an additional $250 available for dental care at no cost to them or their employer.
Traditionally, roll-over plans offered by other dental carriers work similar to unused cell phone minutes - individual members can roll over a percentage of their unused maximum to following year. But often members must visit the dentist annually or more often for preventative care to get the extra allowance. We wanted to take this model one step further and provide our members with fixed rates and increased contract maximums without having to worry about satisfying any criteria - the extra allowance is automatic and applies to the entire group," said Traci Harrell, Director of Sales and Service. "With Maximum Advantage, over a three year period Preferred Plan members increase the maximum amount available by $500 and maintain a fixed rate just by renewing their contract."
