Sunquest continues to advance investments in its Innovation Team

(PRWEB) February 4, 2010 -- Sunquest, a leading provider of healthcare diagnostic information technology and outreach solutions, continues to advance investments in its Innovation Team. Current Sunquest Clinical Director Pardip Nayyar will take on the additional role of Director of Innovation, the first of two reorganizational efforts planned for 2010.

“My role remains to build a solid innovations team that can best channel our technological advancements to the marketplace,’ according to David Wilson, Chief Innovations Officer at Sunquest. “Pardip Nayyar will be a valuable addition, as he brings numerous years of experience in healthcare informatics to the team, and served as Chief Biomedical Scientist and a Pathology IT Manager.”

“His goal will be to further develop services in order to further enhance the quality of patient outcomes via delivery of timely diagnostic reports and intelligent physician alerts, based on continuous analysis of diagnostic history. This will include providing point of care data collection for inclusion in the alert process, not only at the bedside but also in the patient’s own home.”

“Having been at the forefront of innovation solutions for the past decade, this is an exciting time as new products are being globally introduced,” says Nayyar. “With my previous experience in senior hospital clinical management in the UK, my role will be to expand these service capabilities and explore new clinical software ideas and new methods of delivery to end users.”
