Date:10/1/2007

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sunnylife Global, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SNYL) has retained The Blaine Group for investor relations and financial public relations services.

At a time when there's a major need to develop superior quality healthcare management in China and build assisted-living housing for the nation's aging population, Sunnylife Global is positioned to do so, with approvals from China's central government.

"We are thrilled to have been retained to represent a company with much needed solutions such as those that Sunnylife Global provides," explained Devon Blaine, president and CEO of The Blaine Group. "Their timing to market is perfect and their President and Chairman, Richard Lo, truly understands that his multi-national corporation has social and environmental responsibilities as well as profit initiatives. He is fully prepared to accept and meet the challenge to create a sustainable economy globally," she concluded.

About Sunnylife Global

Sunnylife Global, Inc., (Pink Sheets: SNYL) has 21 signed agreements with the PRC for the upgrade of their level 2 hospitals to international standards and $20 million of financing has been received for the upgrade of the first two hospitals. This alone will create $2 million in annual revenue. The enrollment process of the 50,000 government employees per hospital, as members of Sunnylife's Healthcare Management System (HMO), has begun. The company has plans for building and operating assisted living care centers. 46,000 people have pre-applied and been approved by the government. The first 3,000 units are scheduled for completion mid-2008. $19 million in financing is in place for this and annual yield should be $3.8 million beginning July 2008.
