YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the above-captioned action has been certified as a class action and that a settlement for Six Million Dollars ($6,000,000) has been proposed. A hearing will be held before the Honorable Marvin J. Garbis in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, United States Courthouse, 101 W.
