Stryker To Host Conference Call on October 17, 2007

KALAMAZOO, Mich., Sept. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Stryker Corporation (NYSE: SYK) announced that it will host a conference call on Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at 4:30 p.m., Eastern Time, to discuss the Company's operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 and provide an operational update. Operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 will be released at 4:00 p.m. that day.

Stephen P. MacMillan, President and Chief Executive Officer, Dean H. Bergy, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Katherine A. Owen, Vice President, Strategy and Investor Relations, will host the call.
