Stryker Hip Lawsuits Progress in State, Federal Stryker Hip Recall Litigations, Bernstein Liebhard LLP Reports

Stryker hip lawsuits (http://www.strykerhiprecallclaims.com/) filed on behalf of plaintiffs who allegedly suffered serious complications due to Stryker’s recalled Rejuvenate and ABG II Modular-Neck Hip Stems continue to move forward in courts around the country, Bernstein Liebhard LLP reports. According to court documents, a Case Management Conference will be held this coming Wednesday, October 23, 2013, in a New Jersey Multicounty Litigation now underway in Bergen County Superior Court, where Bernstein Liebhard LLP is currently filing claims. (In Re Stryker Rejuvenate Hip Stem and the ABG II Modular Hip Stem Litigation, No. 296) Additional court documents filed in a multidistrict litigation established in U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota for Stryker hip recall claims indicate that the court will convene its next Status Conference on November 21, 2013. (In re: Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2441)
