Stryker Hip Lawsuit News: Wright & Schulte LLC Commend Mediation Plan in New Jersey Stryker Hip Replacement Lawsuits

According to their complaints, many of these patients have undergone revision surgery to have their failing Stryker hip removed, while others will likely need revision surgery in the future.

More than 300 Stryker hip lawsuits are now pending in the New Jersey litigation. Nearly 200 additional claims involving similar allegations have been filed in a multidistrict litigation underway in the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota. Court documents indicate that the federal litigation’s initial conference has been scheduled for September 9, 2013.
