Stryker Hip Lawsuit Filings in State and Federal Litigations Continue to Rise, Bernstein Liebhard LLP Reports
Date:7/26/2014

allege that the metal hip components caused recipients to suffer osteolysis, tissue necrosis, metallosis, and other complications that often required revision surgery to remove and replace the device.

Court records indicate that an Early Mediation Program has been established in the Stryker hip recall litigation underway in Bergen County Superior Court, where Bernstein Liebhard LLP is actively filing claims. In June, the Court noted that of 18 cases mediated during Phases I and II of the Program, 17 have been settled. The Court is now preparing to begin Phase III of its mediation efforts.

Individuals who were allegedly harmed by Rejuvenate and ABG II hip stems may be eligible to file their own Stryker hip lawsuit. To learn more about the Stryker hip recall, please visit Bernstein Liebhard LLP’s website, or call 800-511-5092 to arrange for a free, no-obligation case review.
